air alert 3, a vertical jump program, not the best but if ur vertical isnt that high or if u cant touch rim yet, do this program for 4 weeks then stop. dont go further cuz ull only screw up ur joints cuz of the required amount of reps. u might wanna tweak the amont of reps too. and make SURE u stretch and rub ur joints before starting for like 5 min or so like the video tells u to do.
