Possibly.
Either they would try to fix your current one, or send you a new one. There are still ones with and without HDMI in stock so you might or might not get a new one with the HDMI.
If it says it on the box though, I can go to Best Buy and return mine for one with HDMI. I don't need it though, I'm waiting for the new 65nm chips.
