The Houston Rockets are glad announce the following re-signings:

- Von Wafer for $996,976

The Houston Rockets will not be re-signing the following:
- Jackie Butler
- Luther Head
- Justin Reed
- Dikembe Mutumbo (retirement)
- James White

In accordance to the release of the team sheets (below), the following players have been made available for trade:
