Nice to see the Euroleague thread. Unfortunately first time in this season both Lithuanian clubs lost this week. Lietuvos rytas lost just by two points to Olympiacos while Zalgiris also played good all game long but that three pointers by Mordente and Bargnani late in the match just killed us.
However, there are almost no doubts that both our teams will qualify for the Top-16. Looking forward for the next game when Lietuvos rytas will face Maccabi here in Vilnius. We won against the champs on road, so i'm quite optimistic about the game, hopefully it will be intriguing.
Arlubas, Panathinaikos is scary, this team was terrific last season as well, but this year it's even more. The greens also signed Brandon Hunter. That man is a monster of the glass. The most scary thing is that whatever you let to come on the court, every player will get the job done. Bench players of Panathinaikos could probably be a starting five of other mid-level team of the Euroleague :AHH: . The game against Partizan 9 players appeared on the court more than 10 minutes and all of them played real good. One thing that i didn't expected was a hard win against Partizan. That was probably because more than one player (Milojevic) played good for Belgrade team. Not usual
