Wow. Mixing really has evolved these days. These days, people mix for glory and for bragging rights that "I am better than [insert mixmaker]!" Why doesn't anyone mix videos just for the fun of it? It just seems the only reason people make videos is so that they can be "the next MTL," they try to be the best. Unless it's just me, I feel that in the past, great mixmakers have made videos for the fun of it, or as LD2K said, "do it for the fans."

dude im not doing this to say i am better than another mixer i wanna have fun and battle someone. i do make vids for the fun of it i mix almost all the time i just haven't released half of the stuff i make i dnt wanna be the next mtl i wanna be the best mixmaker i can be i do it for the fun man not for rep

I dont do it to say Im better than anyone either, it creates a good type of hype, just like a freestyle battle, MOST of you dont get this part of it. gl silo, we have a showdown on friday.

You're not one of them, but apparently, some people do want to mix so that they can be better than others. Wait, one of those people do think they are one of the best.............................. or is it just me?
