Haha yeah i ripped that 4 blocks in a row thing because i thought it was amazing! Too bad it faded twice (accident nmad?) during that clip.

It was iight... I mean it had no message, it was just a bunch of random dunk/blocks clips thrown together from different seasons. The timing was good not great. It just had no message for me. I don't know I didn't really enjoy it, but hey it's cool that you're mixing and experimenting. Try next time using a theme or something.

The theme/message was in the nba you get to see a war or battle take place in the air. I know that there wasnt much of one, but it was just highlights of the recent history of flight... The people trying to stop them.

SO I did in fact watch this mix on independence day to show my patriotism, but I haven't been able to comment on it until now. It seems to be getting a few mixed reviews, which I think is unfair, because maybe people are not following the spirit of the mix, they are rather searching for flashy excitement.

I thought it was very well done, it had its shared aspects with Art of War, (although I can never compare this or really any mix to Art of War justifiably). It def had a theme, and I though it was quite obvious to me. People launch themselves into the air, and someone is gonna get owned. Each time up, results in impact. I liked your audio mixing, I loved the clips you used, i liked the pace and style. You edited to the music well, dunks were accented with with the musics bass line and drums. I mean it was just an exciting mix. The 4 blocks at the end were very cool too.

Only thing I'd work on is color correction, you can really make a statement with good color correction. And I dont necessarily mean stylized color correction, just ordinary balancing.
