I watched this earlier and reserved comment to let it soak in.

It is a very different and unique mix compared to your style. I enjoyed it a lot, but it really did take me a good minute or so to get into it. The music is extremely radical, and caught me off guard. But I got into as it slowed down, really became entranced into it.

I mean, first off I have no idea where you collected such high quality jordan footage. I always really wanted to make a jordan mix, but 50% of the clips I have are subpar quality so I always put it off.

I would say from 1:25 to 2:45 you really took it to an entirely different level. I mean you physically captured emotion within video. Esp towards the end of the 2:45, I mean what fabulous editing. Just pure wonder and awe.

A couple things to improve upon. I thought the color correction was good, but it was inconsistent on a few clips. Some clips looked like they had no CC, a few clips had the Pleasantville/sin city effect on them. I would just keep everything cosistant. And also after 2:45 some parts felt out of sync or misplaced. Now these are minute problems compared to the overall mix, but just wanted to point it out.

Overall, what a fantastic mix. You never disappoint, you always bring it. I look forward to your H4L mix. You can cause pure havoc in the contest if you want.

Appreciate the long comment man. Yeh i think i should of kept the cc more constant but i guess i wanted that part to kindoff stand out but it would of anyway with the same cc so thanks for the heads up.

That "climax" or build up bit was the part which took the longest to do im glad you enjoyed it.

Oh and on the h4l contest, im not sure if ill be able to make a mix for that:disapointed:.
This month is gona be really busy for me, ill be studying and preparing for my school certificate exam and my Dad says we will be moving houses in the next few weeks so sadly im probaly gona drop out of the contest.

However ill still do my best to make a mix out of the clips you gave me, i just dont think ill have the time to do it b4 the deadline.

wow, this is something new, really, from the music and style, i know those kinds of music is used only for mmorpg trailers, or other stuffs like that... but seeing it on a bball mix, i think its not bad at all, great editing on some part and i like the color, some comentary would be nice since the music is mostly instrumental, nice mix bro:smile:l

If you don't have time to make a new mix, you can officially enter this mix. Just send Domino or myself the stream and download links and it's cool. I know it's odd releasing a mix before the contest, but Kobe24life was in the same situation. He ended up making his video private to reserve the hype, and entered it into the contest.

Whatever you do, the last thing we wanna see is you not enter anything at all.

Holy crap, this mix is amazing. The editing was excellent. Even with the unusual song choice, you made it work very well in this mix. Something different, which I loved. A clean and simple mix that is very effective.

Well the last thing we want is for ricemixtape to drop out completely. But I understand what you're saying. Domino stated the theme clearly, maybe you can come up with something or adapt this one. If not, I understand.

That was so damn impressive. You made everything work so well...very unusual song choice, but I loved every single second. 2:13 to 3:13 was the best part, the beat editing was so sick. WOW, what a mix!

Quite impressive mix. If you grew up watching Michael Jordan videos, this track is like a 2008 remix.

One negative thing is the Jordan and1 through Ostertag is used twice.
