#3 Paris vs #7 TheDistrict - Conference Finals M2 Playoffs

Honestly, it's the worst round of the playoffs (all of the mixes from this round are not even on the same level as those from 1st and 2nd).
I voted for Paris only because it was more enjoyable to watch, but District is clearly a winner cause his mix is complete. Either way it's too chaotic in my opinion and got too many effects with very annoying mix of great song.

District's mix is really great nice effects, great editing/ but i liked Paris's mix a lit bit more, don't know why, but i liked it more.

damn that was some crazy editing by district but sometimes a little bit too much with all the differents texts that pop up. song gets a little annoying too after the first couple of minutes. paris' mix was awesome but my vote goes to district because his mix was more complete.

damn man I didnt see the thread no until today but last night I saw Paris mix & it made me believe he once again passed but after seeing District the vote swings in his favor. District surprises me every round & Paris has the memorable mixes but this round he got out did sorry man great job District.

I liked Paris' mix, more original song choice and idea, I've heard too many mixes with Ante Up, but i haven't heard any with "Ecstasy of Gold."

Well this one was difficult, both mixes were really good. Paris' mix brought a lot of passion and feeling into it. Really had me locked from the beginning, good music along with nice editing and great commentary in it, great mix. It really inspired me. It was short but powerful kind of.
TheDistricts mix was very nice too. Great editing, great footage too, great effects making it very intruiging. Overal it was very fast paced great mix, but the only thing I didn't like was the music and the commentary, it didn't really give me much passion and that's what I look a lot for in mixes.

Overall, my vote goes to Paris, congrats ;)

Not every mix has to tell a story. If it's less than 2 minutes, the mix it doesn't have to have story line. Can you imagine a whole story in one minute? That would be one crappy story.

But if the mix is 4 minutes or more then it should have some sort of storyline. A bunch of random clips with that long of a time frame gets really boring.

In this case, I think legth was an issue. This is the semi-finals of the contest and a one minute mix won't make the cut...
