When i saw Dictrict mix first time, it was like WOW, sick job. After watching it few times i figured out that it is not as good as it looked earlier. Yes, effects and other stuff made with ae looks cool, but whats the point if you can hardly keep up whats going on in that mix? So next time think not about ' I need to add as more effects as i can in shortest amount of time', but add them in such a way, that everyone could see everything clearly. While you made it, it looks in good pace for you, because you know what was added at every second. unfortunately, we havent made that mix with you, so we dont know everything and because of that,its hard to watch your mix.

Paris - you knew that web provider give some range of MB, so i guess you should set apart because of contest. but well, it is as it is, and i can say that i prefer your mix more that district, but it is too short, so i cant give a point for you. But i loved this minute.

man, that was sick! but yeah, too bad its too short, i think you shouldve remove the border effect, it was in the way imo... some people might not see how clean your mix is... and speaking of clean, all of it was smooth, sound editing and commentary, colors and clip selecton, that was just entertaining, good mix bro

wow, been a while since ive seen a mix like that, kinda reminds me of dinoman's 360 with a lil bit of MTL style... well maybe a lil too much, cuz some effects were way all around the screen, but what impress me is the word selection bro, nobody couldve done it any better that you... some effects were great, some just too cheap, anyway you should learn the meaning of control next time, oh and that transition was hot, all in all... great mix bro

Damn man it's a shame you have to worry about things like that when making a mix. Nonetheless the mix looks great and you can feel the athmosphere. It really looks like it could be a full-lenght epic mix with that music and the colors. The editing is top notch also, apart from the couple unnecessarily fast cuts for that kind of music.

Amazing to see you're still taking your skills up another level even after the crazy D-Rose mix. It's good you're experimenting new things in AE but the intro texts and picture wall looked a bit out of place. But when the actual song kicks in is when the magic starts. The fast cuts combined with the stunning text and light effects are just a bit overwhelming for the viewer but that's kinda the goal with those kind of effects. It's just that the effects are too repetitive and I keep seeing the same fonts and other things all over again. As Gotrare said, learn to know when to put effects and when just let the clips do the thing.

both mixes were really good but i have to give my vote to District because i can see that he put in more work into his mix and that payed off. again congraulations to both mixers for making it this far and good luck in the next round to whoever makes it through.
