There are so many good mixes in this contest, but the skill level for each of them is on a ridiculously wide spectrum. Agreed with this comment.. but between those two Gotrare won this one for me, that was sick

It's disgraceful how few votes Bunker has got. His video is a top 3 video. Right close up there with Dinoman and Gotrare. I had to vote for him based on principal. The fact his video is so far behind only further proves people don't know what to look for nor how to an evaluate a video. On a technical aspect, his video is just superb.

I'd just like to say goodluck to everyone and hopefully you guys are pleased with the mix you released. Obviously mixing on this site is looking really promising and I saw alot of improvement in each of your mixes so for me, it's going to be hard to judge and pick out a top 3.

Don't be disappointed if you didn't poll well as it's only worth 1 vote in the end (meaning that the poll is insignificant, basically). Anyway, goodluck to all! The results should be posted within the next 48 hours I'm assuming.

Nice to hear the results are coming soon. A lot of talent in this contest and just about every mix is quality work, didn't see any amateur mixes. A few words about the mixes that stood out the most for me:

Gotrare - Awesome AE work bro, it's the only aspect that's been a tad bit behind your other skills as a mixer but no more. I like how you used the effects to contribute to the new generation theme instead of just adding them for the sake of having some FX. Congrats on getting on Slam too, you deserved it not only for this but all of the great works you've been putting out lately.

Potpono - That was really epic, great choice of music and use of commentaries. A real climax would've made this reach new heights but it's great as it is. I would have liked to see you implement Jordan to the video too, that could have added to the story a lot.

Bunker - Enjoyable work, expecially the beginning was great with the nice CC and the "blinking" effect. I think in the mid section you could've followed the music a bit more and made the cuts faster. Also the CC gets a bit shaky but in the end everything kinda picks up again. Waiting to see more from you.

Tom10 and m1tya had both exciting highlight reels with nice AE compositing and effects. There wasn't much to the story or theme though, but still enjoyable. I know Tom said he rushed his work, can't wait to see you take your time and continue improving on the great mixes you made in the playoffs.

kobe824bryant - is severly being overlooked, raw footage was the best edited here.

You know what, you're right. It's well made. I'm guessing the music turned people off. Definitely better than a 2 votes video. He makes a lot of good cuts, doesn't try to hit every beat (Although he arguably gets a bit too repetitive in spots too often). The ending is tad too abrupt too. Good call though

I saw the results. Bunker's video was one of the runner ups. Definitely was better than all the runner up videos (Don't know if it was ranked). At least he got some recognition, though. Still, I honestly think he edged 3rd.
