by a VIP member PM ing one of the MODs (I usually does it to the big e, he responds within 3 days, but he's gone now, that's why people are not getting in as much). and no one has been doing that lately.. so anybody who wasn't here in the beggining of the VIP-section creation will have to wait for a VIP member to take his time and nominate you
