I miss playing action figures... lol. I know it sounds crazy but man some of the toys they had when I was growing up in the '90s were great. When I was 7 or 8 years old during the summer I'd go outside with my GI Joes and my friend would come over and we'd play... wrestling figures was fun too as well as X-Men/Spider-Man and comic book characters in general... oh yeah the Star Wars figures were the best too. I was so happy when they started releasing new Star Wars figures... I got them all and still have them up in the attic.

Toy cars were the sh1t..... I had like 70 cars in a whole race going around my house and I usually would have the plain Honda Civic win for some reason...lol


I remember this the most though.


and it was dope having your mom babysit all these other kids my age... so I basically would chill with everyone that I actually know today from days when we were babies and sh1t.

and just being a kid, not really knowing what was really out there for us was good, since all I did as a kid was run around and fukk around and play around with less boundaries.

You would find the stupidest stuff the most entertaining. Therefore you would burn time faster than before. I also miss not having so much responsibility, it was either you didn't do it or your parents did it. But the biggest thing was all school work was super easy, damn those were the good days.

There was also the whole getting in trouble type thing. Whenever you did something wrong it never meant as much as it would when you were older. I could go on and on, I use to have the most fun just playing football in the front yard by myself. Being the quarterback and wide-receiver at the same time.

Just like event staff said, the things I miss the most about being a child again are the responsibilities (or lack thereof) I had. All I was responsible for was telling my mother I'm hungry, and trying to beat Nintendo 64 games.

Right now it's obviously alot more different and I have ALOT of responsibilities, most of them being very serious. I loved being a kid .

It's kinda strange cuz after reading comments above like:

The question that comes to my mind is why don't you go back to doing "x" if that's the thing that was/is the source of your happiness?

I like the way you think but it isn't as easy as you'd like it'd to be.

No one can avoid their responsibilities unless they don't want to achieve anything in their lives. And people change as they age. What you'd like now, doesn't automatically mean that you'll still like it 10 years later on.
