Lark - if you get up as fast as the first sun beams appear or even earlier.

I love sleeping in but I'm going to be waking up pretty early most mornings very soon as I'm trying to get a job that is from 9am-5pm. I'm going to miss waking up at 11am now .

Try getting up at 5.

I can never get more than 7 hours of sleep, when I wake up, I can never go back to sleep the same day.
