OK, I need to know what exactly shoulder width apart means because people say it all the time but I never really got the true meaning of it. BREAK IT DOWN TO ME PLEASE

As in, whatever they are trying to get you to do, like move your feet, they have to be in line with your shoulders.
Like if your shoulders are 2 feet apart, your feet should be 2 feet apart. More of a balance thing I think? I DUNNO DONT ASK ME. Why am I even in here. LOL. Oh well dude I tried.   GOODBYE ARIZA  |

Shoulder width apart means....SHOULDER WIDTH APART!! From the length of one shoulder to the other. When someone says to do that with your feet, you line them up with your shoulders.
