My idiot mate was having sex with a 15 year old when he was 19. Then she turned 16 and we kept saying that it's still illegal, so he researched it VERY thoroughly lol. Basically laws have changed....if a girl is 16, she can f*ck anyone older than her..no more 2 year bracket

So hes 18 and shes 14, thats a 4 year gap. Well your friends going to get raped in jail like the girl thats going to say she got raped from your friend. Nah i dont know i think its got to do with circumstances and consent, she might even need evidence i.e witnesses.

Thats if she even wants to get him in trouble.
