i live in australia, and my friend (yes it was not me phew! lol) is 18, who is finishing year 12 and is pretty much dating a year 8 whos 14, and on the weekend they had sex and now he is freaking out majority.
(ftw shes actually hot hahha i know it sounds wrong.)


someone with common knowledge or of the law
is this a chargeable offense?
and
what is the legal age in australia, 17 or ? etc.

Below 18 it's a 2 year gap with consent. So in other words, he'd be pretty fucked if the authorities/her parents found out. I don't know if you do time or anything (I guess it depends on how big the gap is).
