its a program that allows you to be on a fake wireless network with someone else. pretty cool stuff.
If you download the game, and download hamachi, you open hamachi then click the little triangle button on the bottom right of the hamachi window and you join an existing network and the name and password is "nbalive03"
it seems confusing but its not at all.

unless your good with routers and can open the correct port that lets you play online games...
