what firmware do i need on my psp to play games downlaoded from the internet?
i currently have firmware 2.6 installed and cant play a game i just downloaded, sonic sumthin

You need 1.5 to play games but you need a downgrader and i dont know if one exists for 2.6

yep dude if u plan on playing getting any new games at all there would be no point to downgrade and make sure u dl it of off a site that u can trust or ur psp might get bricked

im not downloading emulated games just games for psp like madden 07 and nba live 07, i just dont know wat firmware to use for it?

IF you want play downloaded/ISO games you must downgrade PSP to 1.50 firmware...
