If ps3 games were on dvd format..

hey ive had my ps3 for almost 2 monthz now n theres not much games released yet n most multi-console games look better on xbox360.. so i have acouple of questions to ask.

1. would it b easier & cheaper 4 developers to make games?

2. would it still support 1080p res?

3. would there b 3rd party titles?

1. Truth is at this point in time having more storage on the disks would speed up the process because it would save loads of time compressing to fit on DVD9 disks.

2. Yeah of course, theres 360 games that support 1080p already, like Virtua Tennis 3 for example.
