Do any of you play Ebaum's World games? - 06-08-2007, 02:21 AM

Do any of you play games from Ebaum's World, Psycho Golfish, or similar sites?

http://www.psychogoldfish.com

I currently play several that I have in my possession (miniature golf games, screwball and obversity)

Just in case you guys didn't know how here's how to download them to play offline. (All games I have seen on sites like these are are in Shockwave flash format and load into your web browser

You will need Internet Explorer or NetCaptor for this.

1. Go to the site and click on the desired game. They will completely load into your browser at the 100% mark. You can do this for many games.

2. Go to Tools, Internet Options, Settings and View Files. (I recommend you make a shortcut of this folder on your desktop for convenience)

3. Right click, Arrange Icons By, Type.

4. Files will be in alpha order. Scroll to Shockwave Flash Object and you should see the games.

NOTE: If you don't see the games, you might have to refresh the page or visit another page to make sure they have loaded properly.

5. Ctrl+click to select multiple games. Right click and copy them to your desired location.

6. You will need a media player that plays swf files to play them. I recommend Media Player Classic. http://filehippo.com/download_klite_mega_codec

No you don't understand. I saved the games because when I don't feel like logging in to play them I can just play them when I want at my convenience. I never have to log in to ebaum's to play the games because I have them on my hd and yes if you are on a comp that that has no connection you can still play them.

dam i got like a 120,000 score in that game before
i've lost the screen shot
but i did it in a cheap way
notice how the more squares u get the faster everything gets?
so i just don't get any squares at all and only get the power up that gives u 1000 points that way the squares never speed up expect that ur square gets to the point where it's so small that u can't even see it

Like TMac, there's nothing to appreciate. He's terrible but a lot of people around here still think he's good, but he's awful.

Yeah I had got up to 299 and then it fell back to 289. I guess the mods fixed the problem. I'm over 300 now.

Your welcome. That method works for any kind of file that loads into your internet browser.
