Whenever I try to play against someone online, it says "Game cannot be started. Please refer to online FAQ or nba 2k7's website"
So I go to the online FAQ, and their are no questions there. I go to the website, and it doesn't have what I'm looking for. Well, at least I don't think they do. Also, nobody has ping that's even close to mine. All their bars are red, which is ridiculously because I can't play anyone then. Does anybody know what's wrong?   Quote:

Like 2 days ago 2K7 online play was down on the 360 for like 24 hours, this could be a checkup or something...

ok this is what u have to do u have to unlock your dmz on your router so you can challenge peple if u have a linksy router i can help u unlock it on da router

Go start->run->type cmd hit enter. Type ipconfig /all.
On your PS3, go to your system setings, network settings,. Do a custom settings, do a manual for IP address change the last octet of your PC address to something that wouldn't be used (I use 64), subnet mask type what was on your PC, gateway type what was on your PC. Then continue, go onto DNS servers and change the DNS servers to what you saw on your PC, do the reast manual. On your PC goto http://portforward.com/routers.htm, select your router, select any program and it will tell you how to log in to your router. After you're logged in stop following the guide, look around for where it says DMZ, put you're PS3 in the DMZ and you'll be fine.  لله IS NOT GREAT. |
