All 2K needs is:

- get ALL the faces of the players right [asking for a lot I know]
- rest of shoe licenses
- ASG

after that, it's a wrap. It'd be nice if the 2k and Live franchises merged though. That'd be sick. Til then, I'm rollin with 2K.

The Amare Pic looks Grainy however, its facial features are sharper than the 2k images I've seen.

I think maybe the reason is that I think the media backs LIVE more. BSPN doesn't want to lose money. They had an agreement. So expect ESPN to advertise LIVE more thus resulting in some major sales.

Live looks great, especially the faces... but the pants are like skirts, and the legs are all really skinny

2k8's player models are spot on, except the faces suck and they look way too shiney

2k def. needs to copy live and how they do their faces then their gfx will be greatt

This is really an unfair comparison. From day 1, Live starts with their graphics and then slowly gets to the gameplay, which is why it blows ever year. 2K on the other hand, focuses on their gameplay and slowly makes time to do their graphics, which is why those 60% complete screens of 2k8 look bad.

live's graphics has always been better but the gameplay is so bad!

To me the graphics of 2k is more like plastic. Everything is shining like china dolls.
live is more realistic.
