why can't u watch videos on it like videos on sites like youtube dailymotion etc???????????

Because i think they're in .flv format... But if you go tools>folder options>view, then un tick 'hide extensions for known file types' then click ok, you can click on the video file and change it from .flv to .avi, then you can convert it to whatever format the PSP needs, or just leave it...
