2k8, i just dont like how live plays... 2k8 is so much smoother... And the dunk contest doesn't affect me at all...

I saw an installment of live. Nothing has changed. They add stuff that's supposed to be in a asketball game already, Everything still kind of looks robotic.
By the time they master it, it will be 2056

NBA 2k8 should be the better game, but I hope they make a lot of improvements. I hope they fix the Draft class import so I can properly import my draft class from College Hoops this year. Last year, after 2 years in Franchise mode, your scouts would go away and never return.
Secondly, I hope they fix the Franchise mode in general. They shouldn't have the computer making stupid trades as often.The computer should trade draft picks and not feel obligated to sign free agents that don't match the team just because they have the capspace. Also, they should have a random generator that can generate Foreign Free Agents.
Also, NBA 2k8 should make coaches relevant. Certain coaches should have ACTUAL styles that go with ACTUAL plays. That way, we don't have the same plays over and over again and teams can play like their coaches. (That way if you fire a coach and want to change teh style of game, you can do that. By doing this you can create more control over the game as a GM).
If they made scouting a more intense thing in 2k8 it would add to the realism. A little report saying "Team X's best player is so and so. He tends to go right x% of the time, blah blah).
Also, they should make talent scouting for the draft more intense and Assistant coaches should be actually useful. If they used my idea for the coaches, they could use Assistants that could work with individual plays and increase stats in that regard. They could use them to improve the Player development games. Ex. they coach you select passes in the balls or gives you access to certain drills maybe?
