Ps3 or Xbox 360

this video helped a bit but i just want to ask u guys wich one do you think i should get ?
and is it true that xbox 360 has better graphics ?

if you're willing to spend warranty, online, then get the 360. Great libraries of games, online play and it's 720p.

However, if you want a reliable hd gaming console without the hardware stress, get ps3. It has blu ray player(which is dominating the market and ps3's the cheapest BR player available), Soon to be DVR*, great games coming out in 08. With online play improving.

It's really your choice man.

if you do get a 360 though, get store warranty. That RROD is spreading around like the black plague and its quicker to exchange at the store. Ask Imadogg, he'll tell ya.

I would get a Ps3. I think in the future Xbox 360 has no chance against the Ps3. Ps3 got blu-ray and Xbox just Dvd.

thanks, well the reason i'm going more for xbox it's a lil cheaper and dunoo the controlers are just more comfortable ,and about the warranty thing do you know how much it costs? and the RROD thingy what does it do if you get it ?is it like some sort of virus that can break your console ?

it overheats and your console dies. If you have the standard 1-year manafacture warranty. It'll take anywhere from 2 weeks-6weeks to get a console and Lord knows if that will work.

As far as the warranty, I don't know dude. I don't live in Ireland. It's depends and vary by store. But get a good one and a long one.

i'd recommend waiting. if you're getting a 360, i'd wait for the falcon chipset. if you're getting a ps3, just wait as well 'cause there's not that many games out right now. a lot of the big games don't come out til next year anyway. wait a little longer and you'll have a clearer picture of what you want and what's available.

yeah, I agree with WaL oN. I also remember something about new heat sinks and 65nm chips built to cool heat better.

any word when they will come out?

I would still recommend a warranty.

And as for aurimux, u need to ask people that played both consoles before u buy and not listen to some dude who has one or none of them. Ask people in school or somethin or even try and play the systems urself. i have all 3 of the systems and i have to say the xbox 360 is waay better. i dont even remember the last time i switched my ps3 on to play a game. Great online interface but you need to be careful about the warranty u get with ur system cause there is a ton of problems.

right now 360, definitely..they got the graphics, they got hte games, its cheaper and its great and halo and gta and bio shock...man..so much good. you cant go wrong with 360

in the future, when they learn how to use the PS3, I believe, in my video game opinion, it will surpass the 360. just not yet....

ps3 will have better graphics in the future. right now, 360 has better graphics. but MGS4 proved PS3 is the technically advanced. and G4TV says MGS4 is the best looking game to date.

but it all depends on what games you want. myself,i dont want the 360 games. i want MGS4, NBA2k7 and Half Life Orange Box....so for me..ps3 is the system for me. im not a halo guy so...

what games you want? cause it all comes down to that

Oh ****, you're right My bad. I thought we were talking about premium(not the newly manufactured hdmi premium consoles, but the old/current one.). I've played 360 dude and right now, it gives the best gaming experience. It's just a matter of hardware. That'll be fixed though . Which is why I encourage him to get warranty.
