I've never played the first one, but the screens for the sequel do look good. Is it a GTA style game where you can walk around or is it strictly missions?

I never played the first Mafia but my friend is always talking how it's better than Gta so i'm check this game when it comes out.

you can walk around and stuff its not strictly missions not one bit, mafia was a great game and 2K is making it so number 2 will be even better, the cops on mafia chase u if u run a red light:lol: 2K is on the rise with just not sports games and they have the best graphics for games imo as well...

2K and Rockstar are both parts of Take Two, so GTA and Mafia might use some of the same features that work I guess

2K is also behind Bioshock and Oblivion

Mafia 1 was sick. On the next gen it should be even better. Idk if ima buy it tho cause after awhile all I do is run around and shoot ppl and I already have Saints Row for that.

Or a real surprise and make Tropico 3.

2K is the publisher only so I doubt they'll be sharing that much together. Same with Oblivion which had basically nothing to do with 2K.

Ah yea Bethesda developed Oblivion I believe and Irrational Games aka 2K Boston/Australia did dev Bioshock
