Xbox 360 Arcade replaces the Core, $279

Same price as the Core at $279, much better deal if for some reason you can't get the Premium.

It comes with a 256MB Memory Unit (Core came with nothing), wireless controller (wired), HDMI port (none), and a disc with 5 full arcade games: Boom Boom Rocket, Feeding Frenzy, Luxor 2, Pac Man Championship, and UNO (normally costing at least $25 I know, could be more).

So if you can't get anything more expensive, this is a great deal compared to the Core
