my controller wont connect to my 360 ...i tried syncing it like one hundred times and nothing worked.... i dont know wat to do ??? pleases help

did ya remember to click the sync buttons on both the console and the controller? cuz I remember I once made the mistake of only clickin the controller one n thinkin it was busted.
