Im level 4 online
but I see people that are like level 15 with way worse W% than me
how do I I get to a higher level do I have to play people that are like level 20?

i am pretty sure its based on how many W's you get, man,,, some people i play have shocking %'s but i did play a guy who was ranked 450 in the world... he wasnt even that good, too bad my friend was playing. i dont go to the levels anyway, i just go to quick ranked matches, they are easy and fun
