Top Spin 3 Anyone? (Demo Is Out)

Downloaded the demo last night. I wasnt expecting much, cause i saw an ad for it last night and it looked pretty shit and at first i thought it was shit. Very hard to get used to infact, but i started to get hooked, it's very realistic in terms of timing of shot. Like in previous Top Spin games you could just power up the shot until the ball reaches you, then it would automatically hit it for you, but this time you have to release it at the right time for the optimal shot. Still getting used to it, but so far so good.
Graphics are pretty good too btw :cowboy:

I never really got into playing tennis games. I've always wanted to play one cause they look realistic.

Is a tennis game worth renting or buying? or should I even bother playing?

Top Spin 3 is great, i got the demo a few weeks ago, and if i had the money and time to play it, i would DEFINATELY buy it.

its so much more realistic than the previous Top Spin's and VT serious (i havent tried VT3)

I've got Top Spin 2 and Virtua Tennis 3. VT3 is a Great game, but not as realistic as Top Spin 3. I rang up the video shop today to see if they had it, but they don't... I entered a comp to win it though, it'd be nice if i could win...

It's annoying though that it takes so long after you play the tiebreak in the demo to replay it, cause it shows you all the features...

Following 2K Sports' lineup announcement for Top Spin 3, we find out that one of the greatest tennis players in the world at the time being, Rafael Nadal, will only be available for the PlayStation 3 version. Anybody surprised? If so, you need to know that things won't stop here: tennis legends Boris Becker, Bjorn Borg and Monica Seles will also be "divided" between the platforms and, since it's only three of them, we would bet that the PS3 version will have another advantage. Now, knowing that, we really wonder if we will ever see a FIFA game where Ronaldinho is only available on one console...

Woot. Nadal is PS3 only. That's epic. Sucks for the Rafa fans who have 360s though.

At least we have him. I have to get re-used to TS now though. I'm VT3'd out.

Took me an hour and i've got VT3...
BTW did you ever beat Federer in that last match you play against him on that special court in VT3?

Also i wanna get this from EB and take it back after 7 days, seeing as it's holidays...
