I never said I'm not going to play this game, I said that the previous NFS versions have an arcade gameplaying style and that I hope they improve it for the next game.

ProStreet was pretty bad. Most Wanted was the best nfs game.

NFS has a story throughout the game (Prostreet wasnt really a story)
and some of the deepest car customization in any game
how is it arcade?
Forza and Gran Turismo have hardly any customization and race modes compared to NFS.
I do love the car customization in NFS, but I think it has slipped a little bit over the last few games. Having the same 5 bodykits for most cars and being able to modify the grill and some other aerodynamic holes. I do like adjusting the rims, having massive rims, with a massive deep dish, or making a drag car have the big fat tyres on the back.

Forza has a decent visual customization in it, especially for a racing "Simulator", but I think its tuning and performance modifying is better than NFS.

Not sure if NFS current direction is the way it should head to help the Franchise remain a relevant game amongst the great racers out there.

Yessir.

You had to actually drive to the shops. You could get hydrologics, a ton of body mods and some sweet engine mods.
