realistically you should still get banned, even if you only did play real's online. But if your not banned now, you should be fine
Once you install NXE i think your in the clear, but you'll no longer be able to play your burnt games...

A mate has his done, and he has had it done for a few months and no worries.

Well just letting you know that if you bought your 360 within the last 6 or so months/have had RROD in the last few months, you will probably have the new Disc tray, which cant be flashed and you'd have to have it replaced with the oldy to get it done...

personally i think downloading the NXE is whats going to flag your console. they changed up the terms of service allowing them to be a little more nosy. and its nto like if they find out abot ur console theyll ban u right away...they do them in waves. so springtime prolly...we'll get the boot
