Learn the map, know where your enemies will be at certain points, learn to aim ahead of time to get headshots, don't strafe and shoot, work on getting to spots quickly don't waste time buying stuff when you could be in position to get a kill.

Those are pretty much everything, the rest is just playing and learning to aim almost to perfection.

Don't hack though, not only is it really annoying but there's a good risk that your steam account will be banned and that's never good. A couple of years ago it was a lot safer but Valve has really turned up the security against cheaters.
