Stern Pinball, Inc. announced an exciting new pinball machine for basketball and pinball enthusiasts. The new NBA pinball machine launched during the 2009 NBA playoffs, featuring 20 players from 20 different NBA teams.
NBA pinball offers several popular pinball mechanical features, including a spinning disk in the playfield center, a captive ball, drop targets, ramps, a diverter, and much more.
NBA pinball has a basketball backboard with a magnet in its center. When the player shoots a basket, the magnet holds the ball momentarily and then drops it toward the basket, assisting the player. NBA has three spectacular basketball shots. There is a ramp shot off the flippers aimed at the basket. There is also a jump shot, made when the ball goes up a plastic ramp and circles just below the basket. And there is a free throw shot, where the ball is thrown 12 inches through the air to the basket.

pinball is a dying hobby it seems because there is fewer and fewer arcades around these days, they only make like 3-5 new tables a year, but glad to hear someone else on here likes it, you should try Visual Pinball, if you haven't already

That's not the point, a pinball is a pinball, whether it's an NBA one or not, so it really doesn't matter in my mind whether they make an NBA pinball or not, that's what's stupid to me.

So basically you're ignorant to pinball. The problem is on you, not on pinball.
Personally I used to love the arcades back in the 90's. Pinball wasn't really my thing, although I'd always hit 'em on the corner takeaway stores while waiting for my meal.

I think the funniest thing is Dwight shooting a FT...
Can't say I have played a pinball machine in ages. Tbh, I haven't even seen them around much. I loved the arcades, and didn't mind a little bit of pinball every now and then. I generally sucked at it.
