Hey man I think the Scrambler perk scrambles your UAV when you are around an enemy that has Scrambler. Watch the flag chaser video and watch just as he gets to the Sniper, his UAV gets lost.

lol Scrambler is horrible then if that's true. You immediately know where the person is by being around him with UAV. That's like saying "HAY GUISE, I'M RIGHT HERE."

Yeah you're right smartbum...I just saw another gameplay video and when the guy was going through classes it showed perk 3 was scrambler and it said "jam enemy radar near you". I mean if you have a sick hiding spot for search and destroy then it might help if the other team as UAV but otherwise it tells you if someone is near by..
And btw new level cap is 70 confirmed.

OMG i just turned on my xbox and it didnt turn on properly. I was like wtf, then 1 RED LIGHT CAME UP and it said e68 error please contact xbox.com.

Are you asking what a level cap is or the number? I can't tell by how you wrote it but the max level you can get to is level 70 like cod4 was 55.

Any new info ya got tlo? And damn what will Pave Low be like compared to the normal helicopter?

Well 70 seems high but from the videos they just added an extra 0 to the xp to make it look better or something...Like instead of 5xp for domination they were getting 50xp. They said they changed the xp system so it will probably level up close to the speed you did in cod4 I'm guessing.
Plus there are those challenges in the gameplay videos that you can repeat like if you stop an enemy short of a kill streak you get 50xp each time you do that or if you get the first kill in the match you get 100xp etc. There were a lot of them if you watch the videos that ranged from 50xp to 550xp so if you're good at doing those you can level up faster.

I don't know what the pavelow really does yet it just seems like a better chopper.

Perks

Players can choose one perk from each of the three main tiers as well as three Kill Streak perks and one Death Streak perk for a single class loadout.

Pro perks are upgraded versions of existing perks that are unlocked via long term use of the original version. All perks will have Pro versions. Pro perks include the benefits of the original version while adding new benefits. For example, Stopping Power Pro is unlocked after 1000 kills while using Stopping Power, and allows the player to inflict greater damage against enemy Kill Streak vehicles in addition to the normal ability to inflict greater damage against enemy players.
Perk 1

* Sleight of Hand: Reload weapon faster
o Sleight of Hand Pro: Aim down sights faster
* Marathon: Unlimited sprint
o Marathon Pro: Vault obstacles faster
* Scavenger: Loot bodies for full resupply
* Bling: Allows two attachments on primary weapon

Perk 2

* Stopping Power: Increased damage against enemy players
o Stopping Power Pro: Increased damage against enemy Kill Streak vehicles (helicopters, AC-130s, etc.)
* Lightweight: Move faster
* Hardline: One less kill required per Kill Streak
o Hardline Pro: One less death required per Death Streak
* Cold Blooded: Makes a player invisible to UAVs, sentry guns, thermal imagery, and air support

Perk 3

* Commando: Increased melee range
* Steady Aim: Decreased hip spread
* Scrambler: Jams the radar of nearby enemies leaving only white noise

Kill Streak Perks

At the multiplayer reveal event, only the 3 and 4 Kill Streak Perks were unlocked from the beginning. Players can select three Kill Streak Perks at a time. It appears as if a player's kill streak loadout cannot be changed from class to class; instead, one loadout will be used for all classes. There are supposedly 15 kill streak perks.

* 3 - UAV: Deploys a UAV to scan the map and reveal enemy locations.
* 4 - Care Package: "Air drop a random killstreak or ammo". Deploys by throwing a red smoke grenade. The care package can be picked up by anyone once it hits the ground, including the enemy team.
* 4 - Counter-UAV: Blocks an enemy UAV.
* 5 - Sentry Gun: Allows the player to deploy an automated XM312 machinegun. The gun automatically fires at enemies in its line of sight, but it can be destroyed by enemy fire.
* 5 - Predator Missile: Fires a controllable missile at a designated target area. However, the user is defenseless while controlling the missile.
* 6 - Precision Airstrike: Initiates an airstrike on a targeted area much like the Airstrike in Call of Duty 4. However, the user can now control the direction the airstrike comes from.
* 7 - Attack Helicopter: Deploys a helicopter to attack enemy players.
* 9 - Pave Low: Deploys a Sikorsky MH-53. Described as a more heavily armored attack helicopter.
* 11 - AC-130: Deploys an AC-130 gunship that the player controls. However, the user is defenseless while commanding the AC-130.

Death Streak Perks

New "Death Streak" Perks are the opposite of Kill Streaks: these give the player certain rewards for being killed several times in a row without getting a kill. Only one can be equipped to a class.

* Painkiller: Triple health for ten seconds after respawn after three deaths without a kill.
* Copycat: Copy the loadout of the enemy that killed you for your fourth death without a kill.

Unspecified

* Martyrdom: Drops a live grenade upon player death; rumored to now be a Death Streak perk.

Bonuses

Bonuses award extra XP for doing special things during multiplayer matches.

* Payback!- You've taken revenge. +200XP

* Buzzkill!- Stopped enemy short of a kill streak. +100XP

* Bulls-eye!- Kill an enemy with a throwing knife.

* Flag Runner!- Picked up the flag in a Capture the Flag match.

* Stuck!- Stick Semtex on an enemy.

* Rescuer!- Save a wounded teammate (kill the person attacking him)+50XP

* Hijacker!- Steal enemy care package

* First Blood! - You got the first blood. +150XP

* Offense!- You killed a defender. +50XP

* Comeback!- You've recovered from a streak of deaths. +100XP

* Position Secure!- You've taken an objective. +150XP

* Double Kill!- Kill two enemies at once.

* Multi Kill!- Kill multiple enemies at once.

* Triple Kill!- Kill three enemies at once.

* Longshot!- Nice kill from a distance. +50XP

* Share Package!- A team-mate saved your Care Package from the enemy! +550XP

* One Shot Kill- One shot...One kill

Accolades

Accolades are awards earned in game and given after a match.

* None Spared- Killed entire enemy team.

* Switchblade- Most knife kills.

* Grudge Match- Most kills of same player.

* AR Specialist- Most assault rifle kills

* Lockdown- Most time spent in one place

* Defuser- Most bombs defused

* Rescuer- Most Rescues

* Fragger- Most frag grenade kills
