i decided to play nba live 2002 today for old time sakes, and i was actually having lots of fun with it. i know the graphics arent as good, and the rosters are old, but the gameplay seems almost better than nba live 2005. anybody else agree? or do you disagree?

i agree, its always fun 2 play them old games, alot of times i get addicted 2 them again, but iono about it bein better then 2005

ahh nba live 02...I remember that. you could do the between the legs dunk off 2 feet in the middle of traffic! the graphics suck, but its fun to play it again.

i agree, we had the old kings there with the old jerseys, mad hot. too bad there was no freestyle there.

I still play NBA Live 95 with a friend of mine because we have TONS of fun just because the game is absolutely crap! :lol:
But you get tons of fun for sure with the gameplay! :Bang:

yeah i remeber kg doing a between the legs dunk over 3 defenders...and maybe a one of the greatest little sings of that game...the replays for block shots!

lol, i know exactly what you mean. when I look back at the games that old, i always think "did the makers of this game MEAN to make all the players look like aliens?" but i guess at the time, we didnt think anything of it, just a cool new basketball game.

but the best gameplay for me is one in 2003. i had fun playing it, too bad i cant now

I guess becoz 2002 has sort of arcade gameplay where u can score tons of pts and ur player dun go around bumping into ppl... and i remeber u can jump and hang in the air before passing again which was fun to watch.. :lol:

Yeah me and my friend play NBA Live 97 I think it is every once in a while, it's quite funny how you can easily hit halfcourters especially with the mysterious bull wearing number 23 haha, and when you did hit a three it tells you that you have! "THREE!"
