i just played it for the first time and damn that game is the ****. my boy told me to download these thing steam and then by the game buy i downloaded steam and it diddnt work i need help with what do i need to play counter strike

yeah its pretty good eh. well to play u need to buy a copy of it. not for them game, but just for the CD key, u can DL the game through steam. then u go 'register products i already own' and typ in the Key. u shoudl be able to play then

oh and Key Generators or fake Keys wont work........

And if you get caught because you used a fake key. you'll get IP-banned.
Just buy Half-life 1, then you can download Counter-strike 1.6

No it isn't like a mmorpg like World of Warcraft.
Just buy Half-life 1, register your cd-key and start downloading via steam.
You don't even have to install the game. just download it via steam.
