NBA Live 06 video capture

i use something called fraps but when i record the games i play it takes so much space... like 10 sec would be like 5 megs or something... and the quality isnt too great.. anyone know another program i can capture the games on which takes less space? or atleast has good quality? im planning to make a mix i started one but it would be better if i can record games better + it slows the game when i record it.

Have something that outputs the display, than record that signal with either another computer or a capture device that does its own encoding.
