Nba 2k7 Improvement(360)

I was wondering what do you think NBA 2K7 will look like. I think they should make the dunks more impressive. The dunks should be powerful. The graphics should be even more mind-blowing. They should have a dunk contest and a All-star Weekend. What are your thoughts? Responses....

Won't the other 2 Big Consoles be out by mid next year?

Make the graphics amazing,, but don't make that your main focal point...add some other modes and all that. Come on, they can fit a lot on these disks....

There isn't that much more room on the discs for the 360's but there will be for the ps3. XBox are using the regular DVD disc whereas the ps3 will be using blu-ray.

I think they need to add the All-Star Break in the game, this is the only thing they need. I prefer the actual 2K6 to Live 06.

I disagree with you about the space on the 360's DVD's.. they arent regular DVD's they are a specific type of DVD it holds twice as much space... but you're right about the PS3 they are using "blu-ray" which holds the same amount of space but has much higher HQ imaging. but an xbox representative said on XBOX.com that they plan to make 360's have blu-ray in the future. so people who have a xbox 360 already when the new 360 with blu-ray comes out you can trade your old one in to get it.. :Big Smile

and to answer the main question here.. i think that they should add all-star weekend but i dont think they can because EA has rights to the SDC and 3-point shoot-out. so really all thats left is the skills contest.. :Bang Head
but here is what i think you can expect to be in 2K7... it will definatly have full power now, must games at launch were not even 1/4 of the systems power. :Thud: i think the association will be deeper and more refined. i think the 24/7 "street mode" will be a little better as well.. i hope this was of some use to you!

Add the All-Star Weekend, and make everything more realistic rather than what they have. Like the 3 pointers are so easy to make sometimes and make like the dunks a lil harder to make, show the contact when driving in, show the actual hands grabbing the rim. I don't know.

Those all sound like good ideas. I just think everything is going to be very realistic including the arenas,etc. How do you guys think they will do the Dunk Contest if implemeted? Something similar to Live's?

well of course all-star weekend, they also need 2 have only certain players dunk certain dunks, and not all the dunks look the same, for EX. like if kobe did a windmill, it shouldn't look the same as VC doin a windmill, or T-Mac, u no, they need 2 have like hundreds of ways the dunks can look, they also need 2 wear u can EDIT the shoes this time and wat color headband u want lol, i think it would be kool if u could get tech's and flagrants, and u can get suspended, that would be realistic, idk tho, this is all i can think of, o yea and BETTER ALLEYOOPS, some of the OOPS look STUPID, and FLASHY PASSES LIKE BEHIND THE BACK OR AROUND THE HEAD u no, neway this is all i can think of
