NBA 2k6-Guarding Shaq?

I was just playing 2k6 against da heat. I had D-Wade down but shaq started to kill me. I had the bulls and shaq dropped bout 30 on me. I still one, but do any of yall have any suggestions on how to keep shaq from taking over..
I was playing on Veteran...an karma for suggestions.

Have you tried double teaming him? Hack-A Shaq? Front him with big bodies and double team him constantly.

yea pull the double team,and that should be able to control him, and put in guys that u can use up to foul him and make him make it from the line, which is rare lol

here is something that you should try. swith ur d to a 2-3 defense, then switch to your small foward so you are controlling him. Put the Sf right in front of shaq and get ready to intercept the pass. so doing this will get 3 defenders around shaq. if he does happen to catch the ball, try the strip button or intentional foul

Put the coaching option on only double teaming Shaq in the paint...so they dont double him when he's on the top of the key

Yea if he posts up all you gotta do is hit square to double him and it'll be a bad pass/jumpball/or kickout and its rare that he throws a good pass out.
