haha this game is made by a program called M.U.G.E.N Mugen, its a pretty cool system u add any character u can make or download into a folder n u have them in u're game u guys should find it and play it =P there alot of mugens sites out there but hard to download

Yea its called Mugen its a little old but its like a fighting game where you can plugins onto. Just download schematics and plugin any character thats available on these websites.
