anybody who play sims 2 please help me!!!

okay i installed the sims 2 today and was really exited to play the game but somehow i cant build walls!nuthin shows up when i click on the lot!:Thud:
is anyone else havin the problem?!
can ya help me out plz:Bow: ....is there a patch or a bug fix for it?!

Are you sure you have the view 2 or something on
Because theres a view where the walls are to disappear so you can see how your rooms look like

ey i think u have to change to view to "walls up" and go into build mode to actually play around with the floors walls windows etc.

if its still not working after that i suggest you go to the sims2 official website - thesims2.ea.com/ , and try the contact us page or the downloads page where u can dl skins and patches if there is something wrong with the game

You can't build walls because you don't have original sims 2. I used to play and I had the same problem.

I had the original but used the no-cd patch which caused this problem. When I reinstalled it and played it with the CD or the image of the 1st CD it worked perfectly

i dont have the original and i think thats why it dont work like u said.i dl the patch at the official website and when i was trying to install the thing it said i need cd4 (i use daemon tools) but it didnt work out.i tried several patches but nuthin happened!i wanna play this game so bad!

reinstall sims 2 with this ur crack u used is messed thast y i used this and it works fine i have it installed and bin playing it forever. hope it works for u

first of all replace the original .exe file.
here's the solution to your problem. download this image:

when u have to play try use daemon tools (mount the image) with the image u have just download and your game will work correctly. your problem is coz u use a not original copy and a no-cd(or no-dvd) crack wich not work correctly.
