i got it its hella fun
u play it on the computer u just download it form file front n have some major kick ass fun
but consider the following there are a lil flashes of characters if u knoe wat i mean but other than that its all good

hey patkick
u open u're mugen folder then u go into the data folder
once u're inside it u should see a select def file open it with notepad
and then starting
[Characters]
<--SPACE-->,,includestage=0;<--SPACE-->
<--SPACE-->,,includestage=0;<--SPACE-->
<--SPACE-->,,includestage=0;<--SPACE-->
<--SPACE-->,,includestage=0;<--SPACE-->
akaitsuki\akaitsuki.def,stages/01korea.def,order=1,music=sound/1.mid,includestage=1;Akaitsuki
00gato\00gato.def,stages/gato_bgN.def,order=1,music=sound/3.mid,includestage=1;Gato
it goes from left to right in order n then it continues the same wayy down
then once u find the character u wanan delete just erase their whole file as in
[Characters]

<--SPACE-->,,includestage=0;<--SPACE-->
<--SPACE-->,,includestage=0;<--SPACE-->

then u save it and now gato is out of u're game
