check that vid man, one of the NBA 2K7 guys says that whith the new dunk mechanic theres 150 dunks and layups!!! he also mentioned that players will have specials like VC can do a reverse windmill,elbow hang etc.!!!! SO SWEET, GONNA GET A 360 IN DECEMBER NO DOUBT!!

yea this was said in another thread, the one about how they're will be over 250 signature moves and diff shots for the players and also there will be over 200 new passes

150 dunks/layups? What's so great about that? On some real ish, I remember someone counted the number of layups and dunks for NBA Live 2004 and came up with about 110. So 150 isn't saying much for me.

the main thing is the 150 dunks and layups are signature moves for the star players.

thats still 40 more dunks and layups, and did NBA Live 04 have over 250 Signature moves, and player shots, and over 200 passes? i think not, not mention those crappy graphics gah, half of those players didnt even look 1 thing like the real player

Well did NBA 2k4? No...You can't sit there and compare 2k7 to Live 04 lol. Progression already defeats Live 04 in the first place, plus nobody's played 2k7. Anyway, the "250 signature moves" are the jumpshots. And 200 passes? That's great and all but do I honestly care about having 200 passing animations? There's only so many ways you can throw a two handed pass. All I really care about is having the regular passes, lead passes, bounce passes and a few trick passes, behind the back, between the legs, etc. All in all, I don't really need more than 50 pass animations.

Wow, nice vid.. I saw this on youtube except the quality was terrible and I couldn't even hear what they were saying :lol:... anyways, was anyone else really annoyed that they kept cutting off right when they're about to show a jumpshot/freethrow? They only showed us 2 (LeBron and J-Will)...

Point is, the 2K series has now developed to be EASILY the better sim basketball game out now. Live is too animated. Not to mention the ugly ass graphics. Instead, the 2K series gets better every year. Not just a little, I mean a LOT better. Cant say the same for Live.
