Help Needed

I downloaded Pro Cycling Manager 2006 from this thread:
Ask For Any Game & I'll Get It In Hours
It came with two parts one a large .bin file and the other a .cue file. When I put it into alcohol it says this
"Exception Occured during Query execution:
Select * from STA_localized_string WHERE STA_localized_string.IDlocalized_string = 4276 disk I/O error"
What the hell does it mean and how do the game to work
