Ok so i need someone to make this for me.

Here is the same background used but i need it to say "MIKE" instead, and i want the same color blue and wite used, and the same font if possible.

Have you tried it yourself? Next time you should, this is the easiest kind of thing you can possibly do in photoshop or basically any other graphical design program.
