Can someone make me an Avatar that's a .gif...basically, it just switches between logos.

This is an example:



I figure it's kinda easy to make, but I don't have FlashMX or ImageReady or any of that, so I'd like it to be 100x100, Have a black 1 px border (If possible, if not, don't worry about it), and have a transparent or white bg. and include these logos:
