Bryant’s 48 Help Lakers End Five-Game Skid

Bryant made 7-of-7 3-pointers and scored 48 points in his return from a two-game suspension as the Los Angeles Lakers cruised to a 119-93 victory over the Philadelphia 76ers that snapped a five-game losing streak.

Smush Parker made 5-of-5 shots from behind the arc and scored a career-high 24 points for the Lakers, who shot a blistering 58.5 percent (48-of-82) from the field, including 13-of-20 3-pointers.

"I have never seen anything like that," Lakers coach Phil Jackson said. "It was pretty impressive."
