i don't think anybody realizes how tough this rockets team's road to the championship was...
they started out as the 6th seed, so they had to play the 3rd seed first then they had to play the 2-7 winner, so that was probably the 2nd seed and then the 1-8 winner, which was presumably the 1 seed. so they had to play against the top 3 teams in order to reach the finals that's f'in insane...almost like a video game where you have to earn your way to the very top also....nothing more depressing than watching a man's career go down the drain this has the infamous nick anderson incident where he missed 4 free throws in a row and then his career was never the same again |
