Many of you propably have already heard about Air Alert training program, but for those, have not this is a training program which increases your vertical leep. This is a very hard training program so you must have the desire to jump higher to go through this!
Many people says that this program is dangerous for your knees and joints, I havent tried it but this is maybe the best program so I think it worths a try and if you feel pain stop!

According to the video you will have to rest on week 8 so I think in the written file there is a little mistake becouse it writes that the resting week is the number 13. So take a stock of it!
